Over the next few months, Collections Link will be developing a UK-wide database of national, regional and local networks of expertise in different areas of collections management. In the meantime, MLA and MDA are working togther to provide the following listings.
Subject Specialist Networks
Subject Specialist Networks have been established throughout the UK to support collections professionals in sharing their insight and subject expertise.
Regional Networks
The English Regional Agencies have developed a number of active and productive networks within their Region.
Other Specialist Networks
As well as the Renaissance-funded Subject Specialist Networks, there is a range of other Specialist Networks with considerable expertise in the management of different types of collection.
International Networks
There are many international networks amd agencies involved with preserving cultural heritage.
