Description

SYNTHESYS is an EU funded project that aims to improve management, preservation, and access to European natural history collections. It will provide funded researcher visits to the 337million specimens housed by SYNTHESYS institutions.



New tools will be developed to allow Users to more efficiently extract DNA from material. Best practice benchmarks will be implemented in collections care to raise standards and improve accessibility to collections for all Users
