Welcome to the Evaluation Platform for bids and tenders submitted to the Collections Trust. We use this platform to allow us to work with internal and external partners to assess and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of Tenders and proposals that have been submitted to us for specific projects or programmes.

As a general guide to marking:

0 - Missing, incomplete or insufficient evidence
1 - Evidence fails to meet requirements
2 - Evidence meets some requirements but some areas have problems that would be difficult to overcome
3 - Meets most requirements, one or two areas have problems which could be addressed
4 - Meets most requirements and may exceed in some areas
5 - Meets all requirements and exceeds significantly in some areas
