Collections Link is a partnership of National Organisations providing advice and support in the area of collections management which is co-ordinated by the Collections Trust. Its aim is to encourage free access to a wide range of standards and guidelines across 16 specialist areas.
- All material posted on Collections Link is protected by copyright and other rights and, as indicated, is the copyright of the Collections Trust and other National Organisations.
- You may only download, copy or print material from Collections Link for the purposes of your own non-commercial educational, research or private study purposes. You shall not store electronically any portion of this material, except as expressly permitted by copyright law. You may not carry out any further copying, reproduction, publication or storage in any medium (including extraction into any other website, database, compilation, or computer programme, the generation of collections or transmission).
- No distribution or commercial publication of any material is permitted without the express permission of the Collections Trust or the owners of such material or their authorised persons, if other than the Collections Trust.
- You may not modify, manipulate, alter, rent, lease, lend, broadcast or show any part of Collections Link without prior written permission.
- You shall not use either the logo of the Collections Trust or any other National Organisations without prior written approval of the organisation in question.
- Requests and inquiries concerning reproduction and rights beyond the scope of the terms offered by this licence should be addressed, in the first instance to Collections Trust, 22 Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 1JP.
- Collections Trust and National Organisations take no responsibility for material that is contributed to Collections Link or linked to it. The Collections Trust makes no warranty that such material does not infringe any third party rights or that such material is not defamatory, obscene or that the material does not break any laws. However, should any of this type of material be brought to the attention of the Collections Trust, they will remove it from Collections Link.
- Links within material on Collections Link may lead to other sites. The Collections Trust and other National Organisations do not sponsor, endorse or otherwise approve any information or statements appearing in those sites. The Collections Trust and other National Organisations are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any such external sites.
