Loans Pack
In response to many requests from enquirers, the Collections Trust has created this loans pack, which includes a new Loans In agreement template. The template can be used as it is or as a starting point for developing a loans agreement, though it may not suit all museums as terms and conditions can vary.
We are very grateful to D.H. Lawrence Heritage and the Department of Collections Management at the Imperial War Museum for letting us share their loans documentation.
