Understanding social media marketing is essential for museums in the 21st century. This workshop will show you how you can listen to and engage with audiences online, and consider some of the challenges involved in running effective campaigns.
Who is the day for?
This session is aimed at those working in the planning, managing, creating or curating of online collections or cultural websites from within the museums, archives, galleries or library sectors.
The day is not aimed at technical staff – the presentations won't focus on the minutiae of technical methods.
