Aberystwyth University's Ceramics Collection (http://www.ceramics-aberystwyth.com) includes more than 1600 examples of British and international hand-built ceramics.
Among the collection are a number of pieces about which very little is currently known, so the Ceramics Collection has turned to Flickr to ask visitors to help with their identification.
Several items are beautiful early studio pieces, and the Collection would welcome any contributions from their users who might be familiar with them.
