Booking conditions:

The full fee will be charged for cancellation less than 2 weeks before the course date. You have the option to transfer the fee as full or part payment when enrolling for another MDA Direct course. This will be a one-time only transfer within one year of the originally booked course and will be subject to an administration charge of £30.00

Non-attendance on the day will be charged 100% of the course price and you will not have the option of transferring the fee.

If you are unable to attend a colleague may be sent in your place for no additional charge.

MDA reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course should the number of bookings not be sufficient to provide a positive learning environment for all participants, or for any other reason. Any course fees will be reimbursed in full. Please note that this does not include any costs incurred through individual participant travel or accommodation arrangements. Should cancellation become necessary MDA will notify participants at least one week prior to the course date.
