Access Digital is a team of digitisation experts based at the University for the Creative Arts.

We run photography, scanning and digital media management services and our staff have many years of experience working in higher education, cultural heritage and the arts. Our professional expertise combined with an essential understanding of our client base enables us to provide high quality, fit for purpose and long lasting digital resources for our customers.

We are a relatively new company (formed in 2013), and have had a busy year building our business with a range of new clients: including the Zandra Rhodes Digital Study Collection, Museum of Rural Life, University of Reading and Farnham Museum.

Our state-of-the-art digitisation studio space housed in the library of UCA’s Farnham campus includes: copy-stand photography facilities; kiosk book scanners; slide and flatbed document scanners; VHS and cassette tape encoders; and secure storage facilities.

The PCF has a reputation for high-quality fine art digitisation, but our expertise in this field can be used to catalogue and photograph any other media, as required.
